  I am extremely disappointed in the professionalism of the staff, especially the dental hygienist. We received a bill for $1200.00 for a deep cleaning on a 21 year old patient, no consultation or breakdown of cost was ever discussed. They should have explained what our out of pocket costs would be after insurance was billed. We were blind sided by the $1200.00 billed in the mail and when we called to discuss the breakdown I was hung up on.

  A $900 dental bill was very unexpected after not receiving a written breakdown. The office staff is showing their true colors in response to this comment.
